This is how it works - it's easy:

Either establish a direct contact (in writing) between a potential candidate (m/f/d) and us via vicki.kormesch@neuraum.com, or are clearly referenced by the candidate during our first meeting.

If we didn't already know your recommended candidate, and we hire them within one year, you become eligible for the 2.000 € bonus.

The payment will be made via bank transfer once the six-month probationary period has ended. If, in exceptional cases, the employment relationship does not continue beyond the probationary period, your entitlement will lapse.
